A lot of us think the goal is to calm down. Yet, the intention is really to create enough space within the Nervous System, so we have the capacity to move and adapt to this evolving life we are living


The thing is, we imprint so much we don’t have the capacity to process at the time. Especially from our developmental years…


Sometimes regulating the nervous system means we must first clear out the cobwebs keeping us in a dysregulated state.


This involves letting go of outdated beliefs, unconscious gripping or attachments ruling your life. Moving through unmet parts, stress or emotional turbulence…


Healing and personal growth + acceptance is less about ‘reaching a specific point’ and more about softening into a state of listening…


This is exactly what we will be exploring in the Nervous System Reset Day retreat.


Gentle somatic enquiry, learning to listen and harness the wisdom of the body 


Somatic stress release practice. Allowing what's present and willing to move, to process completely through the nervous system and body (Think more awareness, clarity and lightness in the body & mind)


Nourishing warm meals that aid digestion and soothe the Nervous System + promote flow within the body 


Learning the biomechanics of the NS, how it works, how we store things, what that looks like in the body as symptoms. Touching heavily on stress and busyness. Leaning into tools and practical + tangible ways to keep grounded and regulated  



Deep dive healing yin yoga and fascia release to help open and create space in the body. Bringing healing to any harsh edges.


Different practices all aimed at helping to alleviate any suffering or holding in the body and coming back into a state of regulation, softness, embodiment and acceptance

Meet your Host, Clare Boyd

On paper Clare is the founder of Whole Soma, a Somatic & Energetic practitioner, Kinesiologist (HH Dip Kin), Certified Yoga, Somatic Movement, Meditation Teacher (RYT), Healing Mentor, Retreat Facilitator @NATURALINSTINCTHEALING 

Off paper Clare is a sister, daughter, granddaughter, aunty, friend, woman! Her passion is exploring and learning the language of the body. 

Clare’s journey into ‘self’, began when she was at the ripe age of 18. Being involved in a sudden accident that left her hospitalized and in recovery for months. Four years on, Clare found herself constantly in pain from many ailments that no one could understand. Her back, neck, digestion and lungs were constantly suffering. She spent thousands of dollars on different practitioners and specialists. No one could understand or solve her issues she was experiencing. It wasn't until she was 22 when Clare started to listen more to her intuition and began to explore more ‘whole’-listic ways of healing… 

She went on to study yoga & meditation which led her to uncover her instinctual gifts as an Intuitive Energetic guide & Mentor. Clare lived and worked in Bali for 4 years, leading retreats all year round. It was here where she mentored thousands of clients from all over the globe, helping them to understand their body on a sensory and subtle level. Teaching clients to listen to the signs and symptoms of the body as a language and a way of communicating. Leading them back to their authentic essence and truth. Clare has since gone onto study Kinesiology, Somatic movement, Nervous system regulation, ancient teachings on ritual, embodiment and stress release. 

Clare realised there is so much wisdom within the cells of our own being that most of us are completely unaware of. A lot of unmet parts of us (i.e., numbed, rejected, abandoned) and stored memory is held within the Nervous System. If we are in a constant state of stress (even unconscious stress) we often keep repeating similar patterns or attracting similar circumstances which are causing disease within the body. We are heavily influenced by past experiences and circumstances that directly govern our emotions, reactions, behavior, choices and the state of our nervous system. 

Clare understands the need we all have as human beings to remember where we came from and understand the wisdom and beauty that lies within our very own cells. She believes that to make this world a better place and live from a more empowered and regulated state, you must first take care of yourself and embody all parts of you. She gifts clients the opportunity to move trauma and stress within the body, unravelling old belief systems, conditionings, karmic patterns and emotional residue that are no longer serving their greater good. Activating more love, receivership, compassion, connection, safety, courage, confidence, joy and magic into their lives!
